This is definitely a carpet anemone right? I got a 3 pack of rock anemones, but this bad boy is getting big

Rock Flower. I have seen some nice, large, healthy ones like that in show tanks at Top Shelf Aquatics.

If by carpet anemone, you meant S. gigantea, S.haddoni, or S. mertensii then no, it's not a carpet. As other mentioned, it looks like a rock flower anemone.
