confused 6 line wrasse

the other day i added a 6 line wrasse to my 46 bowfront he sleeps in the rock next to my goby n when he comes out he spends his time with the 2 clowns i have in my hammer coral hes not bullying nething jus kinda hanging out with other fish is that normal or is he confused lol

You want him to bully the other fish? lol! I can't help. I have no wrasse experience.

It is normal..... They all have different personalities. Fish have general tendencies to behave a certain way but each fish is different. Just be glad he isn't harassing your other fish :-)

im thrilled he isnt bothering my other fish just thought it was wierd thats all

It's probably just because he is new, keep an eye on him, I bet he won't be so friendly in a month or two...

I have had my 6 line for 4 years. he will bully new additions but not his current mates. has been a pretty good fish all around. mine is Super fat.

My 6 line doesn't bully anyone either but actually is kept in check by my 2 clowns because they were the 1st in my tank I've noticed that the 6 line started picking on a chromis and the clown kinda nipped at him and never saw it happen again, but I think this happened because I put the 2 clowns were in the tank 1st and were in there for a while and then I added the 6 line and he was only about half an inch long when I added him so he might have grown and learned not to mess with anyone lol or I could be totally wrong

I have 4 clowns and a scooter blenny in my 40gal right now and one of the clowns follows the blenny around all day and pecks at the sandbed whenever the blenny does. Fish are weird and get confused sometimes.

ya hes pretty mellow he jus hangs with all the fish and does whatever they do ill have to try n get some pics of it its funny to me
