Connectivity issue with G5 and Mobius

I installed 6 x G5 XR15 and it is borderline impossible to connect. I am using an iPhone XS Max. As of now, it connects to only one of them but Saturday it connected to all of them. I have turned off and on Bluetooth to try anything I could including setting the phone on top of the Radion. Pretty frustrated at this point.

Am I missing something obvious?

I have the same problem. They worked on the app on Wednesday when i installed them and last night the app did not see them at all. restarted, reloaded did all that. just got off the phone with eco... they asked me if the location services on the phone was on because the app needs both bluetooth and location on to detect. I just looked at my phone and it was off. im at work so i will try this tonight when i get home.

I thought I was in the clear then tried to change something today and 2 out of the 6 connected. I did manually delete and start over and they are connected as of now. My location services are on but I do not see a setting for the app itself as it is not under location services.

Mine started working once I turned on location

I have eight. One is not connecting. It took a few days to get it to connect. It randomly worked and I added it and programmed the schedule. Now it won’t connect so a I can not make any adjustments. All the others are working fine and being found with no issues. I’ll keep trying.

They released that software almost a year ago and still haven't fixed it. Mine constantly disappears from the program and I have to unplug the affected ones to get them to work again.

this is Mobius. My four G5 Blue are crazy too. The night light has recently stopped working, and if so, only for a few minutes. All this (night light) still worked until the last Mobius update.

On android - can only get the app to connect to my light for ~10 seconds than gives a connection error. They should recall their garbage software. Beyond frustrating.

Just to add that my experience is the same. 4 Radions and 4 MP40s and i ALWAYS have to remove them and start over every time I open the app. It is by far THE WORST wireless communication protocol of my reefing gear. And I have Neptune APEX, Alkatronic, Mastertronic and Focustronic, ATI Stratons,….etc etc etc

Ecotech will never correct this, they prefer to blame these errors on the users. Anyone who has ever been in contact with Ecotech about these problems knows what I mean. There are only standard answers for dummies. Unplug the devices, remove Mobius from everything and add it back again. This is your solution. Why isn't Tim making a statement here!??! I wonder why no one has filed a lawsuit in the States yet.. ;)
