Hi I just recived my k7 mini and I am trying to connect to the app. I have a auto dual band router and get can't my phone to the 2.4g but it still will not connect to the the light..

Hi
Please make sure the wifi signal is unobstructed. Please check 2.4ghz and 5ghz to make sure there is no duplicate SSID and password merged. then reset light and enter your 2.4ghz wifi password.

Mine is on a 5g and no issues. Assure your APP is signed in to your device list and even try resetting router if it is

OK the app says I need to be on 2.4 I'll try resetting light and see if I can get it to work

@noopsyche I have tried everything that I can think of indo not have access to the setting in the router due to it being a rented router from my internet provider. I have a jebao doser and pump both running through this router with no problems. But everytime I try to connect to the light it times out.

Comcast router? If it is use https://10.0.0.1 to log in.

AP connection is available. If you can't set the router, can go to the AP connection

I got the ap connection to work and works great for me. You may have to reset the light then do it.
