Just keep trying all sorts of food until it gets eating. You might want to try soaking it in garlic. Sometimes that will help to stimulate their appetite. If it picks at the rocks a lot you should try to rubberband some nori to a rock and let it sit on your existing rockwork. It might start to pick at that.

I got my convict to start eating by using green flake food (ocean nutrition formula two). I mixed it in with some blood worms and after a few feedings he started to eat those as well.

I had an issue with an Achilles Tang eating. He started eating better when I started to make my own food. He just about doubled in thickness in a few months after that and looked much healthier. The food I made was a mix of stuff from the asian market blended/chopped into smaller pieces for the fish to eat.
