Neptune recommends a 1 1/4 inch plumbing for the output in order to see the best performance. I do not, however, see a flow monitor for Apex in this size. Are there others that can be used? What is the best approach?

They recommend using the 2" flow meter with adapters to fit it to the 1.25" plumbing. If you use the 1" flow meter with adapters, that would restrict the flow.
