Coral Beauty Going Crazy!

So last night we did a water change. Been fitting a bad algae breakout sinnce we got back from vacation. The person watching the tank over feed the tank massive amounts. So things have been going down hill. Not to mention we also started to have a flat worm break out as well...

So last night we did a water change and had to pull out a aggressive purple sudachromas. While doing so we took out a lot of the rock and coral and dipped it. Got everything back together and everything seemed fine.

This morning the coral beauty is in the corner going crazy. Swimming in circles around the pump. Thought it would stop but honestly it has been sailing like this for close to 3 hours. Any ideas?

What did you dip the rock in and did you rinse it prior to putting it back in the tank?

Coral dip. It was a VERY life mix. Not full strength and yes. None of the other fish seem effected.

Is it a reflection reaction, the fish is going after it's reflection?
Have you tested for ammonia?

Have not tested today. Figured the ammonia would be better today after the WC than it was yesterday. And not a reflection issue I would not think.

This guy is not new to the tank. She has been in there for st least 6 months.

Depending on how much of the rock you dipped the beneficial bacteria may have been affected.

Did you qt fish prior to introduction? Moving a lot in the tank around, may have stirred up some parasites as well.

No he was not in QT before the DT.

And I understand that. Was referring to the fact that he has been in the tank for a while and this just started.

He seems to be doing a lot better now. Not back to his old self but better.
