Hello!
Got home and noticed this brownish/white spot on my Coral beauty’s forehead. Is it ick? What do I do for him? Thanks I’m advance.

Single spot only? I'd monitor... could be an injury.

If it disappears in a couple days and other spots show up elsewhere, then suspect ich.

It would be good to get a hospital tank ready just in case...
