Hey everyone!

We wanted to share an event we’ve been working on for the reefing community here in Colorado called Coral Con, taking place this year on November 13–14 at Lionsgate Event Center in Lafayette, Colorado (about 20 minutes from Denver and Boulder).

This show actually came about because a number of vendors and hobbyists encouraged us to create another reef event in the region. The goal wasn’t just to put together another frag sale, but to create something fun that helps bring hobbyists, vendors, and local shops together.

Event Dates

VIP Night – Friday, November 13
Early access to the show floor with limited attendance so hobbyists can get first pick of corals and spend time talking with vendors. VIP does include a sit down dinner for the opportunity to hang with the vendors!

General Admission – Saturday, November 14
Full show day with vendors, corals, raffles, and plenty of reefers to talk tanks with.

What You’ll Find at Coral Con

• Coral vendors and aquaculture farms
• Rare and collector corals
• Beginner-friendly frags
• Equipment and reef gear vendors
• Raffles and giveaways
• A chance to meet other reef hobbyists in the community

We’re hosting the event at Lionsgate Event Center, which is a pretty unique venue for a coral show. It gives us a lot of space, easy vendor load-in, and a fun atmosphere that’s a little different than the typical conference room frag swap.

Vendors

We’re currently announcing vendors and will be sharing updates as they’re confirmed. Expect a mix of local stores, aquaculture vendors, and coral farms.

Our Goal

Ultimately we just want to help energize the reefing community in Colorado and create a fun event where hobbyists can come hang out, talk reef tanks, and find some amazing corals.

If you're in Colorado or nearby states, we'd love to see you there.

If anyone has questions about the show, vendors, or the venue, feel free to ask here. We’re happy to answer anything.

Hope to see some fellow reefers there!
