Coral Dieing

I have a 220 gallon system. Its a mixed reef. Some of my corals are not doing to good. I had a spike in Phosphate and Nitrate. Can I do a major water change or would that be to much of a shock on the corals ? Its SPS/LPS/leathers and Zoas.

What is your current N/P value, what was it before, and how quickly did the spike happen?

You can do large water changes safely if you match the water temp, salinity, and ideally alkalinity.

But, as mentioned before, maybe listing your parameters and posting a pic of your tank would help determine what's going wrong
