Abe was great to deal with, i was a little leary about the time frame on the live guarantee but he was very understanding to work with me to schedule a delivery date, if this is your first order i recommend you read the instructions before hand as he has some specific, but in my opinion, reasonable requirements. Abe held my coral till they were all healed and the cuts looked great! When dipped and observed I found no pests which is very important to me. Most frags were well over the minimum stated size with only one being only a little larger than advertised, so stated sizes are definitely a minimum not an average etc. The coral was all well packed protected in cups, double bagged, in a cooler with a heat pack. Granted this may not be the place to go if you want your coral now as you do need to wait as most frags have a listed healing time but i feel like most experienced reefers are used to waiting and abes corals were worth the wait!
