I’m new to this hobby and am wondering how much I can sell these corals for

Probably couldn’t sell the frags unless you give them away for free.

The whole rock? Maybe $30?

If you put that tank in a well established/ maintained tank, most of the algae will go away.

Not many established owners will buy regular green palys though…
