My colt coral and my star polyps look bad. I'm wondering what's going on with them. I have checked all my parameters and there all fine.

What are your parameters?
These guys don't like an entirely clean system.
Did you move them lately? Stir up the tank lately?

The cyano you mean? got some excess nutrients in the tank I would imagine. Are you running GFO or something of that nature?
