Got this red striped LPS from my LFS as a freebie and I’m not sure what it is! Looks like a tiny acan to me, and ideas?

I see a growout tile with healthy colony of bubble algae, that also has a hitchhiker acan on the corner

Lol yeah I don’t mind the stuff until it start growing onto my corals which it clearly is here. Gotta take a brush to it some time soon!

Looks like a captive spawned scolly to me

edit: nvm I can see it now, it's some sort of regrowing Lobophylliid, possibly Micromussa

You need to toss out that frag of bubble algae asap my man.. it will spread FAST
