Can someone help me ID this coral I got out of an assorted coral tank and if it’s doing okay? I’ve had it for a week and have given it reef roids once.

Is that a purple fleshy ring around it or is it stoney? Hard to tell from the picture. It would help to see it with white lights or an orange filter.

Probably the best I can get for a picture. Seems Stoney to me.

Whatever it is, it is receded. Or atleast i think that is the case. What par do you have it under? I had a few corals that had receded that i was able to nurse back by putting in lower light
