sea fan/ gorgonian ... medium/high flow- i dont think that is a photosynthetic one either (someone correct me if i'm wrong here) so you'll have to make sure it's fed.

An image under day light without a flash would be of great assistance. What color is the skin of the Gorgonian and what colors are the polyps?

FYI Non photosynthetic Gorgonians are consider expert level. The reason for this is that they require an almost constant supply of fine particulate matter to be available within the water column to meet the corals nutritional needs. To achieve this one must balance nutrients to avoid a decline in water quality.

I believe it is a diodogorgia. Are they photosynthetic? If not I'll go nuts cuz my LFS has no idea what they are talking about.
