What is the red looking coral? Also is this a frogspawn or torch coral? And can I put both on my sand bed to start out?

The first one looks like Montipora capricornis, and would do better on a small piece of rock. The LPS coral looks like a Torch coral to me, and could be placed on the sand initially.

Would I be able to take it off the disk and glue it on a rock?

Just glue the disk on a rock. Itll encrust over it and you will never see it.
The problem is that there's like a stem part to the disk so unless I some how cut that off I wouldn't be able to glue it

Alright cool thanks!
