I’m looking for advice on what corals to add to the main rocks in my tank, including the areas closest to the light (RS ReefLED G2 60).
My tank is new and has been running a month, it’s cycled and all parameters are at zero (including nitrate and phosphate).
I have some zoas, a GSP, and pompom Xenia that have been in the tank for three weeks with a clownfish and CUC.
I recently added another clown and a diamond watchman goby and some more CUC.
I place the zoas, GSP and Pom Pom on separate rocks in the front of the tank so I can remove them if they get out of control.
I’m trying to keep it simple mainly because the tank is at my office which can interrupt care. So I was thinking to stick to softies, leathers, mushrooms, and some LPS.
What is good to out up top on the areas with highest light intensity?
What is good to put on the sloping sides of the main rocks?
