just wondering if these corals should be further apart? On the other side of the Goni there is a torch which is by another goni which is by an another mystery coral , he was coming out a lot more until I did a partial water change. I’m just wanting to make sure to not keep the stinging ones next to non stinging . I’m still learning and real searching coral reef tanks.

I'd post a wider angled shot so we can get an overall sense of size and placement :)

Agree it would help with a zoomed out picture so we can see everything in one shot.... but that one pic of the hammer and goni, they look very close together, the goni will kill the hammer. Leave at least 4" in between corals, 6" is better.

This is why I surf, post, etc here.

I was very unaware that gonis stung anything. Learned something new!

I've got multiple gonis touching other nearby corals and have yet to see a problem in multiple years but you never know.

The one below took out half my acan lord colony, the second below killed 4 goni's around it so I gave it away.

Now I seem to remember that there are certain species of gonis with exceptional long tentacles almost nem like that are much more aggressive then the standard flower pots.
