Hello,

I have a bottle of Coral Sprint that is more like a very loose taffy-like structure that I have to break chunks off, and not a fine powder as pictured on advertisements. Is this ok to use given that some moisture has obviously gotten into the package? I did read that it becomes "active" when in contact with water, so now I am fearful that what I have is somehow "inactive" or just in general not as potent/useful as a food. Can you help clarify if this is common or is this a defective product?

Thanks!
