Could be right away as long as parameters are stable. It likes high Ca. You may need to seed it with a small rock that has some growing on it to speed it up.

Be patient it will come.You will start to see it on your plastics first, then you know it won't be long.

keep your iodine at the right level also, a lot of people use purple up, try to get a pc of live rock with lots of coraline, it'll give you a good start and better result, it'll take time.
