Coralline algae????

Is this coralline algae beginning to grow? I added the algae in a bottle 9 months ago not knowing it wouldn’t grow due to my nitrate levels but now my tank levels are perfect and I think it’s starting to grow.
Also have some white spider web looking stuff growing on a few rocks. Not sure if it’s a sponge or what.

It appears to be BUT , , , , to verify, take a turkey baster and see if it blows off easily. If not, you be acquiring coraline.

If you want your Coraline to take off, Dose with Kent Purple Tech. and Kent Coral Vita. I did every three days till it was well established, then once a week.
