Anyone shopped from them before? What has your experience been if you did? I ordered the dip 8/24 and I got an email reply saying they would ship in 3 business days amd when I emailed them to inquire when it will ship since it was a couple days after the 3 days, no reply. I emailed them again and no reply. Their emails says ‘a live person will respond in 1 business day’ amd still nothing…. Not a great way to start off a new business…. not recommending at all at this point.

Yah the coral dip. I tried calling the numbers I found their website and of course… no one picks up! Karma is all I gotta say…

Yeah I don’t know if they still do this but there’s a freshwater store called coast gem USA and they are just full blown scammers selling fish they don’t have and either send you a completely different fish or ghost you, I don’t know how places like that even stay up
