Over the years I have purchased from a majority of the online fish retailers with ups and downs- as well all have had. I recently purchased from @Corals Depot , based out of CA, and they were amazing! Their prices were great, and their customer service was as well. I worked with Alex, the sales manager, and he was always fast to respond, send videos, answer all my questions etc. which is rare to find these days.
Winter shipping can be a little worrisome, but my fish were delivered in great condition (styrofoam box, individually bagged with oxygen) and the package included four heat packs so the fish were alert, swimming around and not super cold and lethargic on arrival which can happen when only one heat pack is used. The fish have been with me since Wednesday and are eating and seem to be doing well in quarantine.
Highly recommend and will definitely be placing another order. I only bought fish so I can’t speak for the corals but they looked great online. This is my honest review and did not receive anything from the vendor for it.
