Corals Not Blooming. Torch and hammer

Its been a month when i added these corals. And it's not blooming. I dont see any signs of dying. Also tank is 6 months old 10 gallon cube. I have 2 cf and tailspot blenny. Im new to reef. Can someone help me?

What do you mean by blooming? We need to check your parameters.. Nitrates might be a problem.

I mean its tenticles is not growing. It is short

Can you give more history, size of tank, lighting, flow, water parameters?
