I bought a bunch of HYDROS stuff while I was waiting to find a used tank to start. But now I found out that I can't set up a tank afterall. I screwed up big time, now I'm going to try to get rid of a bunch of stuff to recover at least some of the costs. I'm a new user but I've been in the hobby for a while before moving. I got excited to start a new tank and it kinda bit me in the B#tt. Rather than hold onto it until I move into a house where I can set up a tank, I have decided to just sell what I have for now so I don't have a closet full of stuff that I can't use.

I made a deal with him on the used XP8 but to your point to confirm what you said.


CoralVue's warranties, including for HYDROS products, are generally non-transferable, applying only to the original purchaser and requiring proof of original purchase for claims, meaning if you buy a used unit, you likely won't get warranty coverage unless you can present the original buyer's invoice and the company makes an exception.
