Cord cracked on Gyre

My 13 month old Maxspect Gyre had the cracked cord problem. I called Coralvue and even though it was out of warranty they sent me a new motor unit with a much thicker cord than the original. Thank you Coralvue a big thumbs up

Coralvue is great for us in the US. I wish other places like Canada could get the same support.

I had the same issue, they definitely have pretty good support.
