Crayfish in trouble

So I have a crayfish that I got about a month ago and it started to lay on its back and everybody I ask says that it’s molting but it’s been “molting” for about 3 weeks now she’s constantly laying in her little cave but she will occasionally move and then go back. I don’t know what to do and I’m very nervous that she’s dying and I have no idea what to do with this situation.
