Critter found on maxi mini nem

Was doing the daily check on my corals and nem and saw this thing attached to it’s flesh just swaying in the water. anyone know what it is?

Looks like a dislodged pineapple sponge with a bristleworm on it

As the poster above said looks like a pineapple sponge and some sort of worm. The sponges aren't bad, the worm could be. If it's a common bristle worm they it's also beneficial. Can't really ID the worm though.
