Critter ID - Chiton?

So this morning my urchin picked up one of my zoa plugs and somehow ripped it right off the rock it was superglued to for months. Underneath it I found this thing which looks like a small chiton to me but I won't put it back in unless someone can be sure.

That would be a Chiton.

Thanks guys, wasn't sure. I've seen them before in person but usually they were much bigger and I wasn't sure if they could be this tiny. He is back in now
