Newbie can you identify what this is good or bad I have loads of them in my small tank, And if good should I move some to my refugium and main tank??

This is an Amphipod, which is recognized by its shrimp-like shape. Copepods are straight in shape, and look like tiny bugs. Amphipods are much easier to see. Reef-safe.
