Should i add some crushed corals one my filtration system? Or should i just leave the biofoam and ceramic rings?

No reason to run the CC, infact no reason to run biofoam or rings either, as long as you have enough LR and a good skimmer.

Actually, my tank is a 10g with a divider at the back for filtration. So i want to fill the back part full with live rocks and an overhead tray with more lr, would that be alright? Thank you

The Live Rock in the filter will cause the same problems as biofoam, if its not watched it will collect debre and can possibly cause you Nitrate issues. With a 10g tank, you just need to do weekly water changes to keep your water prestine.

Oh by the way, should i just leave the back part empty running with water?

I run filter floss, chemi-pure, and purigen (in that order) in my Biocube 14. I'd recommend that or at least some GFO and carbon. If you do the filter floss, change it when you do your water change.
