I just wanted to know how long phytoplankton and copepods will survive in the bottle I plan on culturing them in. I would only like to culture enough for personal use. Also, any helpful tips are welcome. Thanks,

If you wish for a sustainable harvest, grow phytoplankton as a monoculture, then feed phytoplankton to your zooplankton culture. If you have a sump then add rubble & pods to it and feed it phytoplankton. Your corals & other filter feeders like clams & feather dusters will thank you.
