Cutting the stem on leather coral??

Any one tried this and have tips for doing it?

Many times, just use the sharpest blade you can. I use a brand new single edge razor blade.

I've just taken stainless steel shears and snipped them off the rock. You can then use a gumband to attach them to another rock or frag plug, glue doesn't work as well IME:)

Just remember to use iodine to disinfect the cut. Softies can be more prone to infection otherwise
