Yes it did it came back even more brown!!! Does that mean it’s dying? Also just put an order in for coral snow and mircobacter 7. I also thought I should mention I’ve been using two new chemicals both are brightwell aquatics there coralline algae booster and cheato grow. Could that be affecting things?
What are your current parameters?

I would try a black out to the tank, those parameters seem consistent with photosynthetic dinoflagellates

Brown is likely more diatoms or dinos. Do you have UV? Buy a stand along UV that you can drop into the tank. Will help regardless.

You probably did kill the cyano with the Chemiclean and the brown algae, either diatoms or dino, took over immediately afterwards.

Ok so the question is how do I get rid of diatoms and dinos? This is really frustrating me!!!!!!!
