My nitrite is 5 ppm, ammonia 0 and nitrate is 40ppm and ph is 8.4. Started the cycle 12 days ago with dr tims. The tank is a 120gallon with live rock and live sand. I know that nitrite and ammonia levels of 0 means a cycled tank but want to make sure it’s going in the right direction. Thanks for any help I can get!

It looks good, nitrites are converting to nitrates so in the next few days, you should see a decrease in nitrites. When you start seeing nitrates, usually it doesn’t take too long for the cycle to finish.
