I recently bought a red Cynarina from a local store, ive had it a little over a week now on the sand bed and it seems to be doing good but ove noticed these small white areas that seem to be developing at random spots. Not sure if its first signs of bleaching or if its just part of its typical coloration. Any insight would be appreciated. First time owning one.

Agreed. That looks like new coloration. Cynarina will often change colors subtly in different tanks. It looks happy to me, but if the coral becomes really pale and/or the skeleton becomes exposed, you’ll want to move it into a lower light area and feed it.

As a side note, make sure to spot feed it. LPS like Cynarina should be fed at least twice a week.
