What state or country do you live in
Canada
So I ordered a Clarisea SK-3000 for my build, and the unit shipped to me came with 32mm fittings. Adaptors are tricky to find in Canada and according to D-D North American units should be shipping with 1" fittings anyhow.

No big deal, I asked them to ship me the correct fitting, but they are refusing despite admitting that NA units should include different parts. Their only solution is to order one online and pay for shipping.

I'm not too concerned with the fifteen bucks or whatever the parts will cost but I'm a bit surprised that D-D won't send the correct part because it's expensive to ship from the UK.

I dropped $450+ CDN on this filter, and did a ton of work to fit it into my sump including removing a baffle and completely replumbing my overflows.

This is the last D-D product I'll buy based on their complete lack of customer service on a brand new piece of equipment.
