I think i've removed over a thousand of them from the display. They reproduce so quickly though if you're not on them constantly they'll be back up to speed in no time. Not all harlequin shrimp will eat these things, I've tried a few that wouldn't touch em.

I got a harlequin even though I haven't seen any more of the little buggers nor have my palys been bothered. I think I may have got them all out but the harlequin is so cool looking and I have never owned one though I have always wanted one so now I have one. I got a freebie chocolate chip star I am keeping in the sump.
I guess I can detach a leg and drop it in the display for the shrimp?
I thought it funny that the woman that sold me the pair (the shrimp was chowing on the star) thought the shrimp one of the coolest while eating the star and yet freaked that I wanted damsels to feed my anglers.
