Does anyone adjust their tank light with daylight savings or do you just let it be? Would think it would cause stress with a sudden hour change. My whites are only on 11-7 so wouldn't impact my viewing. I could see maybe gradually increasing and decreasing with summer and winter but was curious if anyone did this and if they noticed any stress? If you do adjust the time, why are you doing it other than for your own viewing schedule?

As the days get shorter, I usually adjust my lighting schedule to come on/off an hour earlier/later every two months, the duration of the lighting dosent change, just the time they come on
