DC upgrade kit for Ultrareef Skimmers

Hello. When do you anticipate getting stock of the DC upgrade for the UKS-200?

Thank you.
We can have them shipped in by air freight and have them here in 4-5 day if you would like to order. Please be sure to order with an account to get reward points. Thank you, Scott

Order placed! Thank you Scott.

I also put in an order for the Aussie Live Rock. Would you happen to know the turn around on it currently?

Thank you for the quick reply. For the DC upgrade kit, it did not give me the option to ship and only allowed me to select in store pick up. I noted in the comments to ship it to my address. Will this be ok?

Yes, that will be fine. I need to investigate why it didn't give you a shipping option. We have been seeing this with some of our orders. Perhaps it's product specific. I'm letting our web developers know.

Thank you,
Scott

Scott, I'm in need of some assistance in finding out where this order is.

I placed the order on 2/14. When inquiring a week later to find out if the pump had come in, I was told via email on 2/25 that it was at the port waiting to clear.

I've since sent 5 emails and made numerous calls each week, leaving a voicemail message each time so I can get an update on where the pump is.

Frspite my attempts, I have yet to recieve a reply from Ryan and going over a month awaiting the pump.

Please, can I get an ETA on the item??

Anything? It's approaching 6 weeks at this point and I'm becoming concerned that I've been had.

I still need an update on the pump Scott. Today marks 7 weeks and my order still shows as processing when the original impression was that you would be able to get this in 4-5 days.

There have been no reply to any of my emails sent in the past weeks nor any of the messages that I have left. The payment was taken on 2/14/25 and I've been ghosted since.

Either way, I am deeply disappointed and am expecting a reply.
