Dead Turbo Snails?

It's been in the same spot for about a day and a half, only reason it's tilted is my other turbo is eating algae off its shell, I'm assuming this one is dead?

If it is not fully shutting the outer calcerous lid or trying to grasp anything it's probably done. I would pull it before it decays.
