I ordered some illuminati zoas from world wide corals and received them two days ago but they haven't come out at all? I have until its been 10 days to get my money back if they are dead but how do I know for sure?

Dip them in something like coral revive or hydrogen peroxide. It'll help if anything is irritating them.

I ended up moving them back into my 55G right now which is an older tank and just put them close to the top so they would get enough light and they have opened up!
