I bought a two eye piece months ago, and I was just wondering what kind of lighting and flow you have these guys under. Mine is more orange now, and not as gold..also the eyes are no longer rainbow...Its a great chalice, I just wanna bring it back to its full glory!

I've got a lot of chalices all but 2 are in the bottom half of my tank but mostly on the sand bed. I've got two that like light and are near the top. I've got T5's and this one is half way down. When I got it, it seemed to like more light, but I could be wrong.

I'm not saying they don't like light, but most of the best colors including blues are the most vibrant in lower lighting. All are different. Sorry I couldn't be much more help.

I appreciate the input, ASD is where I got the chalice so I'm just curious why they keep theirs.

Sorry for the late reply guys! Just saw this message, I need to get on the forums more!

We have ours about 2 feet away from our LEDs that run for about 8 hours a day. Medium flow.

We also feed it H20's Reef Caviar about twice a week.

Thanks :)
