Guys / Gals,

My 60 g Edge Cube is finally in my room and I have a question. I will be doing more a herbie style corner over flow and wanted to know if the back panel can be drilled so i can add a return line. Let me know if anyone know if this can be done. The store said only the front glass was tempered but I want to make sure.

Thanks,
TIM S.

Ok I think i found the answer. Depending on when the tank was build you can drill it. Wish me luck.

I have the exact same tank, but I bought the drilled version. They told me only the front is tempered as well, and if I wanted to add more holes I could. Mine is drilled through the bottom, and I have corner overflow.

Yes I have the corner overflow and will be turning the smaller hole into a emergency drain.

I will drill the back for the return.
