AR2000 hands down. I don't currently have room for a refugium in my sump and would still like the benefit of having chaeto and this would be the perfect solution.

The EFlow10 would be more than enough for my 125g for a return pump. Could easily do 10 times turn over at 60% power after factoring in head loss.
