Di resin

If you know the results of those two you can use the nomograph at the site I mentioned above to calculate the CO2.
CO2 is rough on DI resin and really shortens it's life at higher levels. We have moderate levels of CO2 in Phoenix municipal tap water so it is not uncommon.
If you could answer more of the questions I asked earlier, I may be able to pinpoint your problems. Everything I mentioned has a bearing on DI life.

From what the manual says the pressure should be at 60 which is close to what I have. The tds coming out of the membrane is 30. Yes I'm talking about the color changing I turn it back on last night now this morning I checked and the di resin is completely orange and the tds coming out of the di resin is 4 ppm. Would I still be able to use this water since it's the only water I have? My tank is in the process of a cycle and all I need it for is A TO till the new di resin gets here. I'm currently calling brs to if they could figure out the problem.
If the tds comming out if the membrane is 30, that means the lowest of your incomming tap water is over 1000 tds (witch im sorry is unlikely) check your membrane or file a claim

It doesn't work like that. Membranes are not guaranteed unless the vendor has a customer satisfaction guarantee. You get what you get. It should be 96-98% rejection rate but not all are the same.
1000 TDS isn't unheard of, we see that and much more in parts of the Phoenix area. This is the reason I will only use Spectrapures guaranteed 99% membranes. My tap varies from 550 to over 860 and I never see over 3.2-3.3 TDS on a COM-100 handheld TDS meter. There really is a difference, my old untreated and untested Dow membranes delivered 13-15 TDS on the same water. You get what you pay for.
