Does DI resin go bad if never used? I have a separate DI canister that I and goi b to hook up to an house RO unit when I get it. When I turn the resin upside down it’s free in the filter. I can get a new resin I was just curious.
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum topic.

Found the answer and it is yes 5-10 years with no air contact or moisture. Guess I’m buying a new resin cartridge pretty soon.
