180g mixed reef

worth adding diamond goby or another sand sifting goby into

thoughts

Any have experience

Have had prior but not a very long time and is quite a while ago

I have 2 in a 125 gallon and they keep the sand spotless. But they will also cover any corals on the bottom with sand!!! Also if your tank is old they will cause a cloud storm when they flip the sand. I had a nitrate spike when they disturbed my anaerobic bacteria in my deep sand bed. Oh, and they WILL jump out if there is no screen or some type of cover on the tank.

Love my diamond goby, definitely recommend. If you have a lid, just make sure it fits on securely. They can and will jump through even a tiny opening.

I have a pair and they build a huge mound at the bottom of my center rock structure. I tear it down, they build it back within hours....I hate it lol
