Did my Hermit molt?

Hello everyone, new to the hobby curious if this means my Hermit molted. Came home to this, he has been in the same spot for 3 days. Today I found this and him still under there with what looks to be a new exoskeleton or whatever its called.

Yeah, that’s what it looks like. I had a hermit that would go and sit inside of one of my leather corals for a few days, then he would eventually molt, then he would sit in there a couple more days before he started roaming the tank again.
 
Ok thanks just wanted to make sure he wasn't hurt or anything.
